Happiness Ambassadors

LaceyField Happiness Ambassadors hold a very important role in all areas of academy life. Our Happiness Ambassadors act as positive role models for behaviour and learning; supporting others to be the best version of themselves.

At the start of each academic year, children from Y1 through to Y6 can apply to be a Happiness Ambassador. If successful, the children are awarded their ‘golden jumper’ during a special celebration assembly.

Not only do the children act as positive role models, they actively support positive playtimes and lunchtimes as well as holding restorative conversations with children using our ‘Happy High 5’ .
