Safeguarding

Our Designated Safeguarding Leads are:

  • Miss Beveridge
  • Mrs Sheeran
  • Mrs Robertson
  • Mrs York
  • Mrs Cawkwell (deputy Designatned Safeguarding Lead)

At LaceyField safeguarding children is of high importance. Working closely with children and families means we are in a position to identify concerns early and provide help for children to prevent concerns from escalating. We work very closely with social care, the police, health services and other agencies to promote the welfare of children and protect them from harm.

We work within the Lincolnshire Safeguarding Children Partnership’s guidance and procedures. The link to their website is here: https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/safeguarding/lscp

Keeping Children Safe in Education

Early Help

Early Help at LaceyField  has a clear focus on being proactive in identifying early signs of difficulties, being professionally curious and gathering information from all involved with the child to build a bigger picture of what is going well, what we are worried about and what needs to happen next.
